Steve Monaco, Principal

Proficient with the development, sales, marketing, and brokerage of a full spectrum of financial assets and services.   Capital markets investment professional with tactical and strategic expertise marketing relative value, high growth, and disruptive technology platforms. Presently holds FINRA 7, 25 and 63 licenses.

Kevin Swanson, Principal

35 years investment banking and financial advisory experience, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raising, leveraged buyouts, public and private investing, and strategic advisory. Expert in financial and valuation analyses of companies and trends in telecommunication, media, technology, energy and chemical industries, among others. Effective and strong private equity leadership skills in originating, evaluating, structuring, negotiating and financing investments.

Paul Mikos, Venture Partner

40 years corporate operating experience.  Expertise in strategic planning, marketing, information technology, and human resource development.  Previously President of PsomasFMG, and CEO of RemedyTemp Inc., a publicly traded temporary staffing entity, which Paul took public in a successful IPO. The Company was ultimately acquired in a $650 million transaction.  30-year member of YPO / WPO.

James Till, Restructuring Counsel
